With over 15 years in the healthcare industry, Dr. Eugene has served in major hospitals including Hospital Queen Elizabeth II, Hospital Batu Gajah, UMMC, and HUKM. His extensive exposure across medical specialties—ranging from general medicine to occupational health—gives him a deep understanding of chronic diseases, workplace health risks, and preventive care.

He is also an Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) certified by NIOSH and has been a long-serving General Practitioner with a strong interest in corporate health, employee wellbeing, and early detection of health risks.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Eugene is active in the medical community. He is the President of PMPASKL (2025–2026), a life member of MMA, and a member of AFPM and MPCAM. He is frequently invited by media outlets such as AiFM, Melody FM, Sin Chew Daily, and China Press to speak on health topics, reflecting his ability to educate and connect with the public.
